Randolph Cole, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP
Randy is the founder of Stratton Brook Associates. He
is board-certified by the American College of Healthcare
Architects and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has over 25 years experience in the planning and
design of healthcare facilities. He provides functional planning
and project management services, and directs all architectural
and engineering services. He has designed hospitals, ambulatory surgery and endoscopy centers, imaging
facilities, ambulatory care centers, cancer centers,
rehabilitation facilities, group practice facilities, and
medical office suites for most clinical specialties. In
addition, Randy has provided project management and design
consulting services to hospitals and group practices.
David A. Desilets
Dave has over 25 years experience in meeting the needs of the
healthcare industry in the development of their outpatient
medical facilities. His expertise includes encounter based space
programming, site analysis, facility design and coordination
through facility construction. He has provided client contact
and project development services for the development of Critical
Access Hospitals (CAHs), ambulatory surgery centers (both for
hospitals and for private physician groups), cancer treatment
facilities, as well as medical office buildings for physician
groups, hospitals, and HMOs.
